Gaza hospital in limbo: Palestinian doctors

Palestinian medics have expressed grave concerns over the fate of hundreds of patients and civilians sheltering in Gaza’s largest hospital which has been cut off for more than a day after Israeli troops launched an operation there.
Negotiations are underway to evacuate 36 premature babies from the Al-Shifa hospital, which lost access to incubators because of a fuel shortage.
Plans for an evacuation have been further challenged by an inability to communicate with the hospital, a difficult security situation and a lack of fuel.
