Gen Z entering a new world of work
It seems that every generation comes with their own labels – Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millenials – and now there is Generation Z.
Gen Z consists of people born from 1995 to 2001 – they’re tech-savvy digital natives. These young people are about to enter a new and evolving workforce with a whole host of new challenges and opportunities for employees. Claire Madden is a social researcher, who has studied this generation and its future in the workforce.
Her new book “Hello Gen Z” even comes with a glossary of Gen Z internet terminology so parents can finally know what their kids are talking about.
