Gender Diversity Tied to Corporate Performance
Now we’ve just seen International Women’s Day come and pass, but let’s not use that as an excuse to stop campaigning for gender equality. Researchers from La Trobe University Business School have taken a closer look at the diversity rates from Australia’s top ASX-listed companies.
The study has shed some revealing light on the number of women on company boards, and how their involvement affects company performance.
