Gender Pay Gap narrows
As a women, do you want to work an extra 50 days of full-time work as your male counterpart in order to earn the same as them?
As part of Equal Pay Day organized by the (Workplace Gender Equality Agency), Verve Super have listed a full-time job, only for women that pays $0.
This comes after the release of new data stating that the national gender pay gap has dropped to 11.5%, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. This is based on an average full-time weekly salary. This is way ahead of countries like Canada the US and the UK which sit at 14-17%
