Get Away with Eavesdropping with Booker Magazine’s second issue, ‘Fluctuations’

Booker Magazine, a print-exclusive independent publication, returns for the launch of its second issue, ‘Fluctuations’, on Thursday March 28.

Following on from the release of its first issue in December, the contributions in Booker Magazine are diverse in both structure and substance, reflecting the magazine’s intention to spotlight the ideas of emerging creatives among Sydney’s Inner West. As creator and editor Alexander Booker says in the issue’s opening page, ‘Fluctuations’ is a sample of ‘some of the most compelling conversations you wish you could get away with eavesdropping in on.’

To celebrate the release of ‘Fluctuations’, Booker Magazine are hosting a launch party at the Red Rattler in Marrickville, featuring three killer artists from Sydney’s underground in Grxce, Final Girls and Gnocchi the Gnartist. Tickets are available online.

Josh from the Wednesday Drive team spoke to Alexander about Booker Magazine’s mission statement, as well as what to expect from the launch at the Red Rattler.
