Getting the best sleep this Winter

The recent drop in temperature has had us all reaching for the PJ’s and getting a dooner back on the bed but for people that suffer with seasonal affective disorder, this could do more harm than good.

While cold weather makes people want to switch on heaters and rug up, this isn’t always conducive to getting a good night’s sleep. We speak to Cheryl Fingleson, a sleep consultant from Sydney to find out more.
