As we are coming out of winter, into summer and the third La Niña on its way, it seems like we really can’t catch a break especially when it comes to our workplace. After lockdowns, no certainty on the future employers have had to learn how to be more lenient but when it comes to weather changes, floods, bushfires, simply just too hot there seems to be different rules. To get a better understanding of this situation and what we can do for the future if weather changes we spoke to Todd Denham – Research Fellow, Climate Resilience Living Lab from RMIT University.
