All That Glitters: Jack River stuns with new single ‘Fool’s Gold’
Ethereal singer-songwriter Jack River first started making waves in the music scene last year with the release of her debut EP, ‘Highway Songs No. 2’. The Forster native is back and sounding better than ever with a new single, ‘Fool’s Gold’, which was inspired by the allure of New York City. Her Electric Lady tour kicks off at the Metro on June 30 with an all-female lineup of musicians, including Ali Barter, Alex Lahey, Bec Sandridge, Gretta Ray, Bodytype and Rackett.
Jack stopped by the studio to chat about the tour and female support in the music industry, drop hints about her upcoming album and perform a breathtaking live rendition of ‘Fool’s Gold’.
