Last year, The Wire chatted with Dr. Kita Ashman about the future of the Australian mammal the greater glider, which in 2016 was listed as vulnerable by the federal government. In 2020, it was discovered there are actually three species of Greater Glider, and sadly last week the southern and central glider were listed as endangered. We were joined by Luke Emerson, a PHD candidate at Deakin University, to chat about the perilous plight of these cute creatures.
