Do you have a garden? Depending on where you live, this might not be the case. But if there are plants living out in the arid desert and in the cold frost of the Arctic, they can definitely live on apartment balconies or windowsills! A garden can be a retreat, especially with all that’s happening around us. Connecting with nature can have many benefits, and in a way, nature can also connect us.
