Half of gambling industry profits from 12 percent of gamblers

The Alliance for Gambling Reform, which calls for the Government to release the Murphy report on the impacts of gambling, claim half of gambling debt is carried by just 12% of all gamblers.
Siting figures released by social research company, Roy Morgan, also claim more than half of gamblers suffer mental health concerns.
These and other trends in a newly released report, were shared by the Alliance’s newly appointed CEO, Martin Thomas.
