Head On Photo Festival- Zoe Morely “The Incinerator”
The Head On Photo Festival gives photographers a platform to showcase their work regardless of name or prestige. Zoe Morely started out as an inexperienced photographer, and with an old Canon film camera film in her hand she went to South Africa and photographed children living in HIV/AIDS affected communities.
Her series “The Incinerator” is a “Then and Now” exhibit shows these photos and portraits of the same children taken a decade apart.
You can see “The Incinerator” at 2 Small Street, Willoughby, from the 9th of May to the 27th, and Zoe is giving an Artist Talk on Saturday the 19th at 2pm. All the proceeds will go to Rehoboth Children’s Village and the local community.
