Health sector left out of Morrison’s COP26 action plan

The COP26 meeting in Glasgow kicked off this week, and some countries have committed to some targets to reduce carbon emissions.
While Australia announced its plan to tackle climate change, the Morrison government didn’t count the health sector in it.
The health sector produces 7 per cent of the carbon emissions in Australia, and around 45 per cent of those emissions come from public and private hospitals, according to research.
