Instagram has become one of the most used social networking sites in the world. With over 700 million users, the photo-based platform has been traditionally skewed towards younger females aged  18 – 29 and has allowed people to interact with various online movements. Recently, the trend of clean eating has been heightened through the self-presenting nature of Instagram, and we have started to see men use it as a way to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles.
