‘Hear Me Out’ report highlights systemic failures of WA juvenile detention system
Last week, a new report was tabled at the WA Parliament hoping to change how young people are treated in detention.
The report called ‘Hear Me Out’ features the voices and perspectives of 43 children and young people detained at Banksia Hill and Unit 18, along with staff and service providers.
