There are a lot of young people who don’t know where they are sleeping tonight. In fact, a fifth of homeless people in Australia are under the age of 18. That’s an alarming figure, and one we don’t often realise, as someone can be homeless without visibly sleeping on the street.

But why are there so many young people roughing it out, and what can we do to help?

Andrew McAnulty is the CEO of Link Housing and he joined Tess to talk more about his organisation which offers affordable housing to those who need it. By the end of this year, they will be managing 4000 properties across Sydney.
