High risk behaviours help avoid dealing with anxiety

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare has recently stated that men had made up more than half of the injury hospitalisations and 8,700 injury related deaths in 2021-2022. Injury hospitalisations and deaths include intentional self-harm.
The AIHW had made a link between injury hospitalisations in males as a result of the likelihood of them engaging in risk-taking behaviours.
