How Australia Could Reach Net Zero Emissions by 2050?
In recent years ClimateWorks Australia have set out to determine whether the net zero emissions goal that was set out by world leaders at the Paris climate conference would ever be possible for Australia. Now, a new report released by ClimateWorks Australia titled the Decarbonisation Futures Report has outlined just how Australia can get rid of greenhouse gases completely before the year 2050.
We were joined on The Daily by Petra Stock, Program Manager at ClimateWorks Australia of ClimateWorks Australia who will be talking us through the possibilities of Australia reaching net zero emissions by 2050 in response to the findings of the Decarbonisation Futures Report.
