When you think of the most beautiful animal in the world, chances are you’re probably not picturing a camel. But nonetheless, there are such things as camel beauty pageants.
On the Arabian peninsula, thousands of one-humped or dromedary camels compete to become “Miss Camel” each year. But how do they win? What makes a camel beautiful? How do these pageants even work?
