How eviction can affect tenant’s lives

In recent years, some Australian tenants have been suffering from the worries of being evicted by their landlords. At the same time, they are also facing the situation where their deposits are deducted without reason by their landlords.

Due to the lack of formal written contracts in the housing rental process, it is often difficult for the law to intervene in private disputes between landlords and tenants, which also means that these social issues that cannot be underestimated often only remain at the moral level.
