Well for many of the 116,000 Australians experiencing homelessness, access to the vaccine is particularly unclear.
With the pace of Australia’s vaccination program under scrutiny, experts are concerned those experiencing homeless will be left behind.
The Australian Alliance to End Homelessness along with the Australian Health, Housing and Homelessness Network are calling on the Government to create a pandemic response plan to ensure those sleeping rough will have access to the vaccine.
