Melbourne has been named the most liveable city by the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Global Liveability Report for the seventh year in a row. Meanwhile, Sydney has slipped out of the top ten. But what does a liveable city really look like, and what can Sydney be doing to continue the friendly rivalry with Melbourne?
