How to Balance the Carbon Tax

A new study has found that a carbon tax, accompanied by “revenue recycling”,
can produce both environmental and economic benefits for Australia. To be more
specific, the tax income should be used to support consumption, invest in new
research and development projects, and subsidise energy saving and pollution
reducing programs.

Mona Mashhadi Rajabi spoke on the Friday Daily about her research into how make the carbon tax work best in the Australian economy.
