With the lockdown extended and no clear end in sight, COVID-19 is having a significant negative effect on mental health with many of us experiencing stress and anxiety. A lot of us can’t see family or friends and the connections made in the work place are suddenly gone.

Glenn Baird, a trained psychotherapist and Head of Mental Health at TAL, spoke to Willy about ways to look after ourselves and look out for others who might be struggling.
