Well, Dr Carlo Kopp, from Monash Uni’s IT department, might have the answer. He researched how fake news spreads, and found a weakness. In his newly released research report, Dr Kopp has discovered a way to discourage those spreading misinformation, and even to wipe out this phenomenon altogether.
