Almost three months ago, the Closing Loopholes Bill was given royal assent, and among other things, the law allows employees the right to disconnect from work.
It’s a win for workers as it will help them maintain a work-life balance and reject out of hours calls which could easily be taken at work.
But what does this mean around flexible working arrangements?
