The 2019 Federal Budget was released by the Morrison Government and it’s looking like this budget will have quite an impact, particularly within Australia’s not-for-profit sector. There are proposed increases to funding for mental health, aged care, carers and Indigenous organisations. However, there are also point in the budget that may negatively affect the functioning of not-for-profit organisations.
