200 million workers in India came together to strike against the Modi government’s anti-labour laws. This is the largest strike in the world’s history and we saw 10 worker’s unions coming together in the hopes to change policies put in place by PM Modi which exploit the labour and capital of India’s labour workers. Since the Modi took office India’s price of living has been on a slow increase as well as the unemployment rate being at its highest rate in the last 2 years.
