This week, tensions have flared between India and Pakistan, as both nations undertook military action against one another in response to continued and sustained conflict in the Kashmir region that both countries claim as their own. This military action reached a head, when on Wednesday, Pakistan shot down two Indian military aircraft, capturing one pilot in the process.
