Grandmothers fear child protection changes
Did you know the number of Indigenous children in out-of-home care has nearly doubled during the past 10 years? The group’s founder Aunty Hazel Collins joined Jess on Weekend Breakfast to discuss how the group got started, the effects removal has on Indigenous families, concerns with proposed changes to the child protection system and possible ways to deal with the complex issues raised.
