Indonesian new criminal codes ‘regressive’: advocates

Indonesia passed new criminal codes this week, with extramarital sex and couples without being legally married being punished with jail.
Advocates also fear these laws will also target the LGBTIQ+ community in the country, women who decides to have an abortion, and press freedom.
