Infant Court System needed in Australia: report
A new report shows Australia needs an infant court system looking for children’s welfare in the out of home care system.
The research says Australia can implement an infant court system similar to some states in the US and in the UK.
It comes as the number of children in out of home care is increasing in Australia, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
