Inside the ice core

Ever wondered if that bubble in your ice cube had a story to tell? As it turns out, that is exactly what scientist are wonder as well, but on a much bigger scale. A team of French scientists are part of the Protecting Ice Memory project, working to collect ice core samples from the French Alps, hoping to create a storehouse of environmental information for future analysis. We were joined by Professor Chris Turney, from the Climate Change Research Centre, at UNSW.
