Insomnia & Mental Illness
Insomnia is a common sleeping problem among many Australians, so it comes as no surprise that sleep has a direct impact on our physical and mental health. A lack of sleep has a number of bad impacts on our bodies including making us feel down, stressed or worried. Today we were joined by Jo Abbott health psychologist at Swinburne University of Technology, for more about the link between insomnia and mental illness.
