Willy (Wilamina) Russo grew up on a cane farm in North Queensland, then attended boarding school and university in Brisbane. In her first twenty years of work she went from working in professional sports management, to aged care, to a decade in recruitment and HR.  Willy’s second twenty years of work (which is just beginning) is in arts broadcasting and mentoring artists to help them take the right next step in their career. It’s the perfect marriage of a love for arts and Willy’s HR background.
