Interview on Cotton Gene transference affecting the ecosystem
Genetically-Modified cotton can be harmful to ecosystems. Cotton crops and their modified genes can change the biology of other species of wild plants causing these plants to become immune to not only chemicals but their own animal protection. This can suggest that a whole ecosystem can be altered and possibly destroyed based on the transference of a plant’s genes.
