Celluloid Dreams

The film Sunflower is having its premier at the Sydney Film Festival on 15 June with additional screenings announced. It’s a moving and well observed queer coming of age tale set in the outer Melbourne suburbs that rings true with a heartfelt authenticity and tender performances. Evan Shapiro from 2ser’s Celluloid Dream’s spoke with director Gabriel Carrubba for this interview.
