This year marks the single biggest reduction in the gender pay gap in five years with the gap closing by 1.1%

But while this might seem like good news, a report released yesterday by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency shows that these changes are not happening across all industries. It also found that in some industries the pay gap is actually going backwards.
