#IWillEatWithYou Campaign to support Asian Restaurants

Australia has done well to protect itself from the coronavirus but people in Asian-Australian communities have reported a dramatic rise in racism and xenophobia. This panic is also unfairly impacting Chinese and Asian livelihoods, with many restaurants experiencing slumps in customers.
Activist Group, Get Up has launched a social media campaign called #IWillEatWithYou to encourage Australians to eat from these struggling businesses.
We spoke with Renaire Druer, Human Rights Campaign Director for Get Up to discuss the campaign.
