Japanese films are popular in today’s society, but what makes them so unique? Soon the Japanese film festival will be hitting Australia, and we want to know why this particular genre is so popular today, and learn more about this highly valued festival. We spoke to Dr Peter Pugsley from the University of Adelaide to answer our questions.
