Job seeker scams are on the rise – here’s how to protect yourself
Scams of all sorts have hit many Australians hard, to the tune of over $2.5 billion in 2023. One type on the rise now is job seeker, or employment, scams – helped along by the increased cost of living at the moment.
We took a look at how to spot these scams, what the scammers might try to get you to do, and how to protect yourself.
