NSW Opposition Leader Chris Minns says workers and businesses are in dire need of financial support as the lockdown of Greater Sydney is set to be extended for another four weeks.

He joins NSW Treasurer, Dominic Perrottet, as well as industry groups and unions in calling for the return of JobKeeper, although so far Premier Gladys Berejiklian has refused to publicly lobby the federal government for the program’s return.
