John Howard Dismisses Call to Sell Off The ABC
John Howard has come out saying that he is not in favor of privatising the ABC. It comes after the Liberal Party has moved a motion to sell off the broadcaster at its Federal Council in June. During a talk with The Centre for Independent Studies last night, the former Prime Minister has said that while the ABC has some issues with balance, he thinks that abolishing it is not the solution.
