2SER is very proud to premiere the new video from Jonathan Yung for his single Disco City.

Created as part of ACE’s Exchange residence project, the film clip for the titular track off Jonathan Yung’s EP Disco City, is a hypercolour depiction of joy and interspecies friendship. 

Made by animator and digital art prodigy, Serwah Attafuah, in collaboration with the jazz pop maverick, the music video manifests the joy and wonder found in Yung’s instrumental number within a 3D dream world. 

In her video for the song – made with a brief from Jono, and inspired by his love for dogs and dancing – Serwah Attafuah brings her immaculately rendered models to life, with scenes of people dancing and dogs frolicking at sunset.

Written in collaboration with Club Weld facilitator, Pasko Schravemade, the EP shows off Jonathan’s effortless musicality, accomplished keyboard skills and exquisite pop vocals. 

Jonathan writes and records at Club Weld, a studio/skills and development program for neurodivergent musicians located at Arts & Cultural Exchange in Parramatta.
