Kanye is back… but he’s changed.
Just last week, Kanye West reactivated his twitter account to post a selfie of himself wearing a red MAGA hat signed by Donald Trump himself. From there, it’s been a rant of messages ranging between universal love to black liberalism wrapped in a shroud of white supremacy.
For many of us, it has been depressing enough that the man who wrote the songs ‘New Slaves’ and ‘Blood on the Leaves’ now thinks slavery was a choice. But perhaps even more depressing is Donald Trump’s alchemical power over pop culture: his inane ability to make everything about him.
