King Tut Exhibition Coming to Sydney
King Tutankhamun is as close as Ancient Egyptian pharaohs get to being a household name, and the largest exhibit of “the boy king” ever to leave Egypt is coming to Sydney in 2021. The NSW Arts Minister, Don Harmon, has described the exhibition as “game-changing”, and will require a 50 million dollar upgrade to Sydney’s Australian Museum. To talk about what we can expect to see, The Daily was joined by Dr Jamie Fraser, the Senior Curator of the Nicholson Museum at Sydney University.
