Laugh Your Troubles Away

This Sunday is World Laughter Day,  created in 1998 by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement, which today has thousands of Laughter Clubs in more than 115 countries. Wellbeing is apparently about laughing our way to good health.
