Lets BEE Scientists with Amelie Ecology

Dr Amelie Vanderstock joined Wednesday Drive to chat about their studies as a pollinator ecologist and how they use their platform to teach kids all about bees and their importance to our ecosystem.

Amelie creates songs inspired by the wonders of native bees and the natural world, performing them at bush raves for kiddos to pick up on the educational side while learning that the environment is fun and interesting! They have perform in schools and festivals across Australia, Europe and Japan including Woodford Folk Festival and Green Gathering (UK) spreading brain seeds all across the globe to get young and old alike “waggle-dancing with the earth”Though it doesn’t stop there!

During the show we spoke about one of Amelies songs Birthday of Decay which is already out on Spotify!

Amelie Ecology is working on their crowdfunded album “Lets BEE Scientists” which is set to be released on World Environment Day 2024. To learn more about their journey or find any upcoming events head to their website Lets BEE Scientists
