I Like to Ride my Bicycle: 10 Years of Ride2Uni

We all know exercise is important, even just 30 minutes of exercise a day has all kinds of benefits. But between work or university classes, chores around the house and sitting in traffic every morning and afternoon sometimes even that 30 minutes can seem impossible to find. One great solution can be cycling to work or wherever you need to go and Macquarie University has tried to get people thinking about the possibility with their annual Ride2Uni Event. Belinda Bean, Sustainability Officer at Macquarie University joined us to speak about it.
