Looking Back at the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami

Today marks 14 years since the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami. The tsunami which was triggered by a massive 9.1 magnitude earthquake devastated large areas of Southeast Asia and affected some of the poorest communities in the coastal regions of a number of nations. World Vision was one of the international organisations involved in the massive aid effort that followed and still has a significant presence in the region. We spoke to CEO, Claire Rogers about their role in rebuilding the area.
